As an organization rooted in the aviation field, CRM Institute organized an educational visit to Bağcılar Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School (MTAL) to engage with aspiring young aviators and introduce them to the principles of Crew Resource Management.

During the visit, our team explored the school’s Aircraft Maintenance Area, providing students with insights into aviation operations, safety protocols, and the role of teamwork in high-stakes environments.
